Corporate Profile
Asian Land
Strategies Corporation was
established in April 1994 by a small group of entrepreneurs from Bulacan to cater to the low-to-medium-cost
housing demand
that was slowly growing in this Northern part of Luzon.
The company's
maiden project was Royale Estates, a 5.6 hectare low-to-medium-cost
residential subdivision with complete amenities along Mc Arthur Highway,
Bulihan,
Malolos, Bulacan.
The success of Royale
Estates led to another milestone for the Company with its second project Casa
Royale, a 6.7 hectare residential subdivision along the Maharlika
Highway,
Sapang Putol, San
Ildefonso, Bulacan, launched
in August of 1994.
Realizing the
potential in the industry, the Company moved to slowly professionalize not only
its technical and support staff but also the main source of its pride, its
marketing staff and agents
September 1995
saw the beginning of a new era in the history of realty in Bulacan
with the launching of Grand Royale I, an 8.2 hectare complete medium
cost commercial/residential complex. Phase 2 followed suit in November 1996
with an additional 9.8 hectare development.
Recognizing the
need of the average Filipino for more affordable housing, the Company came up
with Dreamcrest Homes I, in December
1996 covering 5.1 hectares of low-cost development with first class amenities.
Having developed
one of the more, if not the most, competent sales force this part of the
Philippines, the Company felt it was now ready to move on to a bigger horizon
and launched its ambitious Grand Industrial Estate in May 1997. It poses
to become the heart of industrial growth in Bulacan
being strategically located along the Diversion
Road, Parulan, Plaridel, Bulacan.
Initially at 10.2 hectares, this project opens the door towards the
industrialization of East Central Luzon with modern industrial facilities
catering to modern industrial requirements.
1998 proved to be
the start of big things to come for Asian Land Strategies Corporation.
Expansions for Dreamcrest and Grand Royale
saw their launching beginning July 1998. The Meadows, its class A development catering to
medium to high-end housing saw
launching in 2000.
In spite of the
continued slump of the Real Estate industry from 1999 to 2002, the company defined
the trend, both in terms of the development expansions and sales.
To date Grand
Royale hectarage adds up to at least 170 hectares
while Dreamcrest Homes at least 51
hectares, both figures exclude proposed expansions. Grand Industrial Estate
covers about 23 hectares, including proposed expansions.
The year 2003 saw
the company breaking new grounds as it was witness to the expansion of its
first project Royale Estates (due to popular demand). Royale Estates
II, a 5 hectare development, was practically sold out in a couple of months
at pre-development stage. Also in 2003, the company's newest project, Woodlands
Of Grand Royale (in Malolos,
Bulacan) was launched; and just like all Asian
Land
projects, it has been wonderfully received by our clients.
And as Asian Land
Strategies Corporation celebrates its 10th year anniversay
(10 years marked by sustained and unprecedented record growth which has caught
the attention and respect of the Philippine real estate industry), it is still
poised for even greater expansion not only within its current projects but also
with carefully planned launchings of excitingly new projects in 2006.
